HBM, MM, CDM 3가지 모델이 있으며, 각각의 테스트에 해당하는 테스트 회로와 입력 stress 파형의 조건이 다르다.
파형은 rise time (Tr), delay time(Td), 입력 전류 최대치(Ipeak) 가 각각 다르다.
